Spec specific recruitment criteria can be found to the left and on the recruitment forum page. Be sure to read through this page and the application creation guidelines thoroughly before submitting your application.

When you think you're ready to apply, click on the link to our forum application near the bottom of this page. You'll find our application forums and a few topics explaining how to correctly fill out a guild application. You will be prompted to create an account on our forums so we can easily get in touch with you.

After submitting your application, be patient. We should respond within 3-5 days, but a formal response can take up to a week. If you do not hear from us within 10 days your application was most likely denied. Feel free to send a PM over the forums to one of the officers (i.e. Kirkwood, Esdras, Sadpanda) if you have any questions regarding your application.

Paragon raids 3 nights a week (Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday), beginning at 6 PM PST (server time), and we do not typically raid longer than 9PM. The ability to meet raid times is a strong requirement for new recruits. We're looking for someone who can perform well and stay positive throughout a raid, from the first boss to the last.

While the person ultimately makes the player, gear plays a large roll in besting endgame content World of Warcraft has to offer. Your gear will be evaluated accordingly during the application process. The ideal applicant will have the appropriate gear from the latest tier. All gear should be enchanted and gemmed properly. Glyphs and professions are also taken into account.

Upon submission, your application will be posted on our member forums. Shortly thereafter, your application will disappear from your view (so promptly edit or addendum, if need be). All applications are considered private and can only be seen and evaluated by Paragon members.
